This mornings patch has introduced an issue with the purchasing of Colors and Unlockable Patterns that is causing these purchases to be double-charged. These double-charges are only occurring for Colors and Unlockable Patterns, and only in cases where the player has a sufficient balance to cover the double-charge.
Decals and One-Shot Patterns are not affected by this issue.
We are planning to issue a server-side fix, with no patch required, at 3PM PDT today (10PM UTC). The fix will require a brief period of downtime.
Any players who have been double-charged as a result of this issue will have the extra charge returned to their account balance during this downtime.
